“Critical thinking is huge. The ability to process information, respond to that information by formulating their own opinion that’s grounded in credible sources and reason and thoughtfulness–those are the big soft skills that I hope that they can take.
I also hope that my students gain an appreciation for what humanity has done, what we’re capable of doing, and a general love for history and people as well.”
